You always know where your money is, how it’s invested, and what you’re paying. No hidden fees. No vague reporting. No conflicts.
We built Vault as a response to a system that often prioritised appearances over alignment.
Follow our journeyWe don’t spend your fees on hospitality.
We give it back to you—through better advice and better outcomes.
Everything we do is grounded in a clear set of principles — shaping both how we advise and how we invest.
At Vault, our investment philosophy is a blend of eight key principles that guide our approach to wealth management. Each principle is carefully designed to help our clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.
Vault Saudi Limited Company is headquartered in Riyadh and licensed by the Capital Market Authority under licence 25313-20. We were built to do one thing: give people in the Kingdom advice that is not being paid for by somebody else.
Independence is claimed often enough that the word has stopped meaning much, so here is the specific version. Vault Saudi accepts no retrocessions, no placement fees, and no commissions from fund managers, insurers, banks or platforms. We do not manufacture our own products, so there is no in-house fund for an advisor to favour.
Our advisors are salaried and assessed on client outcomes and retention — never on transaction volume, product sales, or flows into anything. The practical test of an incentive structure is what happens when the right advice is to do nothing at all. Ours pays the same either way.
Every client is matched with a dedicated advisor who holds internationally recognised credentials — CFA, CFP or equivalent — and who has typically spent 15 years or more inside global private banks and wealth managers before joining us. You can meet them here, and you can change advisor at any time if the fit is not right.
Individual judgement is not left unsupervised. Our Investment Committee sets strategy and reviews recommendations, meeting monthly and more often when markets require it. Your own plan gets a formal review at least annually, with quarterly check-ins, and your advisor is reachable in between rather than through a queue.
The CMA licence is an advisory licence, and we are explicit about its edges. Vault Saudi advises and plans; it does not hold client money, take custody of assets, or execute transactions. Where a plan needs a custodian, a broker, a lawyer or a tax specialist, you appoint them and we work alongside them — and we will tell you when a question belongs to them rather than to us.
The Vault brand covers two separately regulated companies. Vault Saudi Limited Company answers to the CMA in Riyadh; Vault Wealth Limited answers to the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in ADGM and offers a different service under a different fee model. Nothing published by one entity should be read as an offer from the other. Our Saudi fee schedule is the one that applies to clients here.

Vault advisors are selected for judgment, experience, and alignment—not sales ability.
They work with you to understand your full financial picture, define clear goals, and build a portfolio tailored to your needs.
Yes — Vault Saudi Limited Company is licensed and regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia (licence 25313-20), with offices in Riyadh.
We provide holistic wealth advisory — financial planning, portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and family-wealth guidance — under our CMA advisory licence. We act as fiduciaries for our clients.
Private banks earn most of their revenue from product commissions, FX spreads, and placement fees — which can quietly bias the advice you receive. Vault charges a single transparent fee and earns nothing from product providers, so our incentives stay aligned with yours.
Your relationship with your Vault advisor doesn't depend on a postal address. Wherever you're based, you can continue to receive ongoing planning and advisory support from the same dedicated advisor.
